Pace'S Famous Baby Back Ribs

  • 1 slab baby back ribs
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dressing
  • 1 bottle squeeze butter
  • 1 pkg. brown sugar
  • pepper
  • salt

Directions

    Open ribs package. Turn ribs where the bone is up. Peel the thin layer of skin off the ribs. Put Ranch Style dressing on the back side of ribs. Bone up, add salt and pepper, then add butter all over the back side. Use the whole bottle, then get a handful of brown sugar. Add to the back of ribs. May take 2 handfuls. Don't be shy. Wrap in foil (heavy-duty). Bake at 300° for 2 hours, then open foil. Add handful of brown sugar. Cook 1 more hour. If using a grill, brown ribs for 30 minutes before wrapping in foil. Serves 1 if hungry. Can do ahead.
