  • 1/4 c. fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. peeled and de-veined raw shrimp, halved lengthwise
  • 1/4 lb. ground pork
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 3 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 c. bean sprouts
  • 2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. chopped roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
