- 2 fresh caught trout, cleaned
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
Directions

1Sprinkle inside of trout with lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

2Combine remaining salt, flour and pepper.

3Roll trout in flour mixture.

4Slowly heat oil in skillet.

5Saute trout 5 minutes.

6Turn and saute other side 1 minute.

7Add onion and cook 5 minutes, turning onion often.
