  • 5 to 7 potatoes, mashed with soy or nut milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 3 to 4 freshly chopped sprigs parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    After mashing potatoes, add other ingredients.

    Form into patties.

    Place on well sprayed baking sheet.

    Bake at 400° for 20 to 40 minutes, turning once.

    Pancakes should form a brown crust. Serve with fresh parsley and tomatoes.
