  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen, optional)

Directions

    Preheat griddle on medium-high heat and lightly grease.

    Put egg in bowl and beat with a fork.

    Add milk and oil; mix with fork.

    Add dry ingredients, except berries, and mix with fork. Add berries, if desired.
