  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

    In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, and baking powder. Make a well in the center and add the eggs one by one. Then gradually add the milk, then the melted butter, and then the salt. Whisk until the batter is smooth. Let stand 30 minutes.

    Pour small heaps of the batter onto an oiled griddle, make two by two. When the pancakes begin to form small holes on the surface, you can turn them over. When the second side is golden brown, the pancakes are cooked.

    Traditionally served with maple syrup, but a small container of blueberries can also be added to the dough (after the pause time, just before cooking) .
