  • 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar cure
  • 1/8 tsp. sugar cure mix
  • 6 Tbsp. honey
  • 5 Tbsp. salt
  • 5 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 3 c. cool tap water
  • 6 lb. venison and beef fat (50 - 50)
