  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 12 cup cake flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Seperate the egg yolks and whites.

    Mix the dry ingredients together.

    Whisk the wet ingredients together.

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until the batter is fairly smooth.

    Whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks and gently fold them into the batter, stopping when they are just incorporated.

    Pour 1/3 cup batter into a a lightly oiled skillet and cook over medium heat.
