- 2 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 1 12 cups flour
- 12 cup cake flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Seperate the egg yolks and whites.

2Mix the dry ingredients together.

3Whisk the wet ingredients together.

4Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until the batter is fairly smooth.

5Whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks and gently fold them into the batter, stopping when they are just incorporated.

6Pour 1/3 cup batter into a a lightly oiled skillet and cook over medium heat.
