  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, the rest in another. Combine all together; stir by hand until wet.

    Don't overstir. You don't have to get lumps out.

    Ladle onto hot griddle at 425°, fry 1 minute and turn.
