- 1 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions

1Mix wet and dry ingredients separately.

2Add wet mix to the dry mix and stir with whisk.

3Blend until batter is smooth.

4Let batter sit for 5 minutes.

5Pour 1/3 cup of mix into medium hot skillet and wait until it starts to get golden brown on the bottom.

6Use coconut oil on skillet (Optional).

7Flip over with spatula and do the same for other side.

8Enjoy!
