  • 1 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions

    Mix wet and dry ingredients separately.

    Add wet mix to the dry mix and stir with whisk.

    Blend until batter is smooth.

    Let batter sit for 5 minutes.

    Pour 1/3 cup of mix into medium hot skillet and wait until it starts to get golden brown on the bottom.

    Use coconut oil on skillet (Optional).

    Flip over with spatula and do the same for other side.
