  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax
  • Dash of Ground Cinnamon
  • Small banana
  • Heaping 1/2 Cup frozen berries
  • 4-5 Baby Carrots
  • Small scoop Physullum Husk
  • Splash of Concentrated Cherry Juice
  • 12-15 Almonds
