- 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 3/4 c. lukewarm water, scalded then cooled
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 5 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Stir in milk, sugar, salt, egg, 1/4 cup butter and 2 cups of the flour.

3Beat until smooth.

4Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
