- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixing bowl; let stand 5 minutes.

2Stir in 2 cups flour and next 7 ingredients.

3Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.

4Gradually stir in 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and remaining 1 cup of flour.

5Cover and let rise in warm place for 1 hour or until double.

6Punch dough down and spoon into greased 2-quart casserole (you don't have to knead).

7Brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

8Cover and let rise until double.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

10Cool in casserole for 10 minutes.

11Remove and cool.
