Parmesan Chicken

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. each: dried oregano and parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. each: paprika, salt and black pepper

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Spray a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.

    Dip chicken breasts in butter to cover. Coat with Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper.
