- 6 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted and mixed with 2 Tbsp. corn oil
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese (grated fresh is best)
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Roll breasts in margarine and oil mixture, then in mixture of Parmesan, bread crumbs and garlic salt.

2Pour 1/2 cup hot water into a 9 x9-inch glass casserole.

3Place chicken breasts on top; cover tightly with foil.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

5Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.

6(Wonderful when served with garlic sour cream noodles.) Serves 6.
