Parmesan Flan

  • 6 whole eggs
  • 2 cans sweet condensed milk
  • 2 c. whole milk
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 c. sugar (for melting and covering the mold)

Directions

    Melt 1 cup of sugar in a small pan.

    When it gets caramelized, cover the inside of mold.
  3. 3
    Mix all of the ingredients together with a mixer until everything looks uniform, then pour the mix into the mold and bake in the oven at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Let flan cool in oven before refrigerating.

    Serve chilled.
