- 6 whole eggs
- 2 cans sweet condensed milk
- 2 c. whole milk
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 c. sugar (for melting and covering the mold)
Directions

1Melt 1 cup of sugar in a small pan.

2When it gets caramelized, cover the inside of mold.

3Mix all of the ingredients together with a mixer until everything looks uniform, then pour the mix into the mold and bake in the oven at 350° for 45 minutes.

4Let flan cool in oven before refrigerating.

5Serve chilled.
