Parmesan Pepper Pull Aparts

  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits

Directions

    Grease 9 x 5-inch or 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.

    Saute onion and pepper in margarine until tender.

    Cool.

    Stir in cheese. Separate dough into 10 biscuits.

    Partially split each biscuit in half.

    Spoon scant teaspoon of mixture into each biscuit.

    Gently press edges where split to seal.

    Stand biscuits in 2 rows in length of pan.

    Drizzle any remaining mixture over biscuits.

    Bake at 350° for 22 to 28 minutes or until golden brown.

    Cover with foil during last 5 minutes to prevent excessive browning.

    Cool 3 minutes.
