- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 4 large potatoes, cut in wedges
- 1 tsp. basil
Directions

1Mix Parmesan cheese, olive oil and red pepper flakes in a large bowl.

2Add potatoes and toss until well coated.

3Place on baking sheet, in single layer.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

5Turn after 30 minutes.

6Remove from oven and sprinkle with basil. Serve hot.
