- 6 large potatoes
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/3 c. margarine
- chopped parsley (optional)
Directions

1Pare potatoes (or not); cut in bite-size pieces.

2Combine flour, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika in a bag.

3Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few times in bag, coating well.

4Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.

5Place potatoes in melted margarine and cover both sides.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft and browned.
