  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • chopped parsley (optional)

Directions

    Pare potatoes (or not); cut in bite-size pieces.

    Combine flour, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika in a bag.

    Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few times in bag, coating well.

    Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Place potatoes in melted margarine and cover both sides.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft and browned.
