    Combine last 3 ingredients in a large glass bowl.

    In small glass bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; microwave until melted. Pour over cereal and nut mixture; stir.

    Microwave on High for 2 minutes; stir.

    Microwave another 2 minutes on High; stir.

    Put on paper towels to cool.
