- 4 lb. sugar
- 1 bottle Louisiana Hot sauce
Directions

1Cut pickles into spears. Add sugar and Louisiana Hot sauce to the pickle juice. Place pickles and juice back into gallon jar. Invert jar every 24 hours for 1 week. Drain, chill and serve.
