Ingredients: 2 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese, softened; 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix; 1 c. lite sour cream; 1/2 to 3/4 c. Miracle Whip lite; 1/4 c. chopped onion; 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped celery (optional); 1/4 c. diced pepper (optional); 1 or 2 pkg. smoked beef or corned beef, chopped

1 c. lite sour cream
1/2 to 3/4 c. Miracle Whip lite
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
1/4 c. diced pepper (optional)
1 or 2 pkg. smoked beef or corned beef, chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients together with a mixer.

Spread on tortilla shells and roll tightly. Chill 2 hours. Cut into 1-inch pieces and hold with toothpicks.
