  • 2 boxes red jello
  • 4 c. boiling water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can frozen lemon concentrate
  • 1 large (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 1 qt. ginger ale (32 oz.)
  • 1 qt. sherbet

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Stir in sugar and let cool. Add cold water, concentrate and juice.

    Add crushed ice and ginger ale.

    Then add sherbet.
