- 1 cup water
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup passion fruit pulp
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 1 teaspoon tartaric
Directions

1Put water and sugar into saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.

2Add the passionfruit pulp, lemon juice and tartaric acid.

3Boil for another 3 minutes then take off heat.

4Strain out seeds and pulp, and pour the mixture into a clean bottle.

5Keep the bottle of sauce in the refrigerator and use it within a month.
