  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 12 cups boiling water
  • 12 cup oil

Directions

    Dissolve sugar and salt in boiling water.

    Pour over matzoh meal Mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.

    Beat eggs.

    Add eggs and oil to matzo meal mixture.

    Form rolls the size of hamburger rolls.

    Place on a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
