- 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 can Pumpkin (solid Pack)
- 1-1/2 cup Wesson Oil
- 4 whole Eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour 3 9-inch round cake pans. In a mixing bowl, add sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir with a large spoon until blended. Add pumpkin, oil and eggs, one at a time until well blended. Pour batter evenly into the prepared pans. Bake for 30 minutes or until it tests done. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then invert cake onto wax paper and place on cooling racks. When cake is cool, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
