Ingredients

  • 1/2 box acini de pepe (soup pasta)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed or chunk pineapple
  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • walnuts (if desired)

Directions

    Cook pasta. Drain fruit.

    Put juices in saucepan with eggs, sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick. Add to pasta.

    Cool pasta and juices together in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish at least 4 hours. Fold in fruit and Cool Whip.

    Add walnuts for decoration.
