Ingredients

  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • 8 ounces mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 ounces sliced ripe olives
  • 8 ounces grape tomatoes
  • 5 ounces chopped bell peppers
  • 3 ounces deli ham
  • 7 fluid ounces light Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

    Boil pasta according to package directions.

    While pasta is boiling, cut the cheese into cubes.

    After you drain the pasta rinse with cold water and allow to cool.

    Once pasta is cool, mix with all ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
