- 500 g pasta
- 2 fresh bell peppers
- 1 red onion
- 1 (180 g) can tuna
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 beef tomatoes
- 200 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions

1Cook pasta al dente.

2Heat oven to 250C.

3Deseed bell peppers.

4Cut into mouth sized pieces.

5Quarter tomatoes.

6Cut red onion into rough pieces.

7Drain tuna.

8Mix together olive oil, vinegar and pepper.

9On baking tray place half of pasta.

10Top it with 1/3 of the onions, peppers and tomatoes.

11Layer with the other half of pasta.

12Add rest of tomatoes, onions and peppers.

13Layer with tuna.
-
14Sprinkle marinade on top.

15Top with cheese.

16Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
