- 1/2 lb. linguine noodles
- 1 can chopped clams
- 4 cloves garlic, thin sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- basil to taste
- oregano to taste
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a medium saute pan, pour just enough olive oil to coat the bottom.

2Saute garlic and red and green peppers on low heat.

3Cover and stir occasionally for about 8 minutes or until peppers are soft.
