- 1 1/2 sticks butter (no substitute)
- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. brandy
- 1/4 c. whipping cream
- hard boiled egg yolk
Directions

1Saute livers in butter with onion until done.

2Turn heat up and add brandy, salt and pepper; cook 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat and add cream.

4Puree all in blender.

5Chill completely.

6Garnish with sieved egg yolk.
