  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. Rice Chex
  • 1 c. blanched peanuts

    Combine and cook until mixture bubbles the syrup and sugar. Add peanut butter and vanilla.

    Stir until smooth, then add cereal and peanuts.

    Spread in buttered pan and cut into bars or drop by teaspoon on waxed paper.
