Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup green pepper (bell)
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 small jar pimentos, chopped
  • 1 can shoe peg corn
  • 1 16 oz. can French cut green beans
  • 1 small can small petite peas

Directions

    Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sugar and bring to a boil, let cool.

    Chop into small pieces celery, green pepper, onions, pimentos, shoe peg corn, French cut green beans.

    Drain peas, corn, beans and pimento.

    Mix all veggies and pour cooled dressing on. Refrigerate overnight.

    Mix again and drain off liquid before serving.
