- 20 oz. frozen tiny green peas
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3/4 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook peas in boiling water for 3 minutes.

2Cool.

3Shred lettuce.

4Combine with peas, onion, mayonnaise, bacon, cheese and salt.

5Toss until ingredients are mixed well.

6Chill overnight.
