  • 1 small pkg. frozen tiny peas
  • 1 c. dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 c. chickpeas or garbanzo beans
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • dash of mustard (optional)

Directions

    Thaw peas and drain well.

    Add rest of ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
