Ingredients

  • 3/4 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 16 oz. frozen peas, cooked and cooled
  • 6 to 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 c. mayonnaise mixed with 1 tsp. sugar
  • 10 oz. grated cheese

Directions

    Layer lettuce and chopped vegetables.

    Frost the top with mayonnaise and cover with cheese and bacon.

    This will keep in icebox for 2 days.
