Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) peach or apricot flavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- additional sliced peaches (optional)
Directions

1Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup juice.

2Chop peaches into small pieces; set aside.

3In a bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.

4Stir in reserved syrup.

5Chill until slightly thickened.

6Stir extract into whipped topping; gently fold into gelatin mixture.

7Fold in peaches.

8Pour into an oiled 6-cup mold. Chill overnight.

9Unmold; garnish with additional peaches, if desired.
