Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach or apricot-flavored jello
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
- 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped cream
- additional peaches (optional)
Directions

1Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup juice.

2Chop peaches into small pieces; set aside.

3In another bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.

4Stir in reserved syrup.

5Chill until slightly thickened.

6Stir vanilla and whip cream.

7Gently fold into gelatin.
-
8Fold in peaches. Pour into mold sprayed with Pam or any other spray you use.

9Chill overnight.

10Unmold and garnish with peaches, if desired.
