- 1 large can sliced peaches
- 4 slices stale bread
- 1/3 c. (heaping) dry milk powder
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 5 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Grease a 2-quart baking dish with margarine.

2Cut up peaches and save juice.

3Reconstitute milk powder with juice drained from peaches.

4Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish.

5Dot with margarine.

6Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes; lower heat to 350° and bake about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
