- 18 ripe peaches
- 4 c. sugar
Directions

1Scald, peel and chop peaches.

2Place in large kettle.

3Add only enough water to prevent sticking.

4Cool until soft, stirring frequently.

5Press through sieve, measuring 2-quarts of pulp. Cook about 30 minutes or until thick, stirring often.

6Place into hot jars.

7Process for 10 minutes in hot water bath.
