  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sliced fresh peaches
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Mix eggs, sugar and oil.

    Stir together dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture.

    Mix thoroughly by hand. Fold in peaches and nuts.

    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake 50 minutes.
