- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Mix eggs, sugar and oil.

3Stir together dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture.

4Mix thoroughly by hand. Fold in peaches and nuts.

5Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.

6Bake 50 minutes.
