- 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches (reserve juice)
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over water; let stand 2 minutes.

2In small saucepan, bring juice to a boil; add juice to blender at low speed until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.

3Add remaining ingredients and process at high speed until blended.

4Pour into 8 or 9-inch prepared crust.

5Chill until firm, about 3 hours.

6Garnish with peaches.
