Peach Cherry Cake

  • 1 white cake mix Pillsbury Moist Supreme
  • 1 cup water
  • oil cup -
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 20 peach slices
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

Directions

    Make the cake according to the directions, spray a 13x9 pan with some cooking spray and then spoon a small layer of batter into the bottom of the pan.

    Top with an even layer of sliced peaches and then spoon on and smooth the remaining batter.

    Spoon dollops of pie filling over the top of the cake, bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    This can be served warm or cold, with whipped topping or ice cream.
