Peach Cobbler

  • 2 qt. peaches (in its syrup)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. Bisquick

Directions

    In a large pan, put the peaches and its juice.

    Then mix the cinnamon with the 1 cup sugar and mix well, then add it to the peaches and cook over high heat and boil for 10 minutes.

    Then in a mixing bowl, mix the Bisquick, 3/4 cup sugar and the butter with enough milk to mix it to a consistency that is medium thick.

    Then pour the batter into a deep baking dish and then pour the hot peaches over the batter and place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 425°.

    Remove from the oven and serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
