- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. pie crust mix
- 2/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- vanilla ice cream
Directions

1Place peaches in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon rind.

2Combine pie crust mix and brown sugar. Sprinkle over rind.

3Dot with butter.

4Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
