  • 2 lb. peaches
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 lb. or 1/3 c. butter

Directions

    Slice peaches into well buttered dish.

    Make crumbs of flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

    Crumble over fruit. Pour 1/4 pound melted butter over crumble mixture.

    Bake at 350°, until peaches are tender and top is lightly browned, 30 minutes.
