- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 16 oz. chopped, mixed candied fruits and peel (2 c.)
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained and chopped
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c. prepared mincemeat
- 1/4 c. apricot brandy
Directions

1In very large mixing bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves.

2Stir in fruits and peels, nuts and raisins.

3Add peaches, milk, mincemeat and brandy; mix well. Turn into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans.

4Bake in a 300° oven for 2 hours or until done.

5Cool completely; remove from pans.

6Wrap in foil or clear plastic wrap and store in a cool place.

7Makes 2 fruitcakes.
