- 2 c. ripe peaches, mashed
- 4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 bottle liquid smoke
Directions

1Mix fully ripe, mashed peaches with sugar and lemon juice. Let stand for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2Add 1/2 bottle liquid pectin; stir for 2 minutes.

3Add to peach-sugar mixture. Mix well; pour into clean jars.

4Cover with lids.

5Let stand at room temperature 1 hour, then refrigerate.

6Jam must be stored in refrigerator or freezer.

7Will keep 3 to 4 weeks in refrigerator or 6 months in freezer.
