  • 5 fresh peaches, cut up
  • 5 slices bread, remove crust
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Put peaches in bottom of pie pan.

    Cover peaches with the slices of bread.
  3. 3
    Mix sugar, egg, milk, flour and butter and pour over bread slices.

    Bake about 30 minutes at 350° or until bread is a light brown.
