- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 slices bread

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place fruit in a buttered 8 x 8-inch dish.

3Cut crust of bread and cut each piece into 5 fingers. Place bread fingers over fruit.

4In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and butter; pour over fruit and bread.

5Bake 35 to 45 minutes until brown.
